Why have I been asked to complete this survey?
The Sadie Bristow Foundation is committed to enhancing young people's participation, wellbeing and development in and through tennis. The Centre for Sport, Physical Education & Activity Research (spear) at Canterbury Christ Church University is supporting the Sadie Bristow Foundation to evaluate their programme in schools. We would like to know what you think about the Foundation's School tennis sessions and how you feel they impacted on your child.

What does the survey involve?
The survey requires mainly mouse click responses and takes about two minutes to complete. It includes questions about your child, their participation in tennis, and your perceptions of the Sadie Bristow Foundation School Programme.
